CIV establishes partnership with the Faculty of Arts at the University of Lisbon

CIV's application to the Centre for the Implementation of Portuguese as a Foreign Language Assessments (LAPE), accredited by the Portuguese as a Foreign Language Assessment Centre (CAPLE) was recently approved, and this project is now starting to take its first steps.

CAPLE is responsible, nationally and internationally, for certifying Portuguese language skills.

Initial training took place during this month, at the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Arts, and focused on designing tests and evaluation criteria for oral and written skills. It was aimed at Portuguese teachers and coordinators of LAPE. This meeting brought together LAPE coordinators from various continents, lecturers from several universities and people from the Camões Institute.

At Vilamoura International School, in partnership with the Faculty of Arts at the University of Lisbon, a new project is being born!
