Access to the school premises is granted through the use of an individual and non-transferable card (Student, Parent/Guardian, or Visitor Card). Identification upon entry and exit is mandatory.
Emergency Evacuation Procedure
In the event of danger requiring the evacuation of buildings, the fire alarm will sound. Evacuation procedures are posted in all rooms and are practiced at the beginning of each year, as well as at specific times determined by the school administration, either as full-scale or partial drills involving the school community.
During an evacuation:
Students must follow the instructions of teachers and staff.
Everyone must leave the rooms without rushing or panicking.
Personal belongings must be left in the rooms.
Everyone must walk calmly and in an orderly manner to the assembly point near the sports fields, following the designated routes.
Each teacher responsible for a class must record the students present and report to the school administration.
Students must remain at the assembly point until they are dismissed.
Emergency Procedure – Earthquake
Stay away from windows or large and heavy objects.
React quickly by taking cover under a desk and holding onto one of its legs, in the corners of the room, or under ceiling beams, depending on your location at the time.
Count to 10 in a steady rhythm and do not leave your position while the earthquake lasts.
Do not worry about your school materials.
Emergency Procedure – Fire
The occupants of the premises must leave immediately, fully respecting the emergency route;
If the exits are obstructed by the presence of fire or accumulation of smoke, you must leave through the windows on the ground floor, and on the upper floors you must go to the place furthest from the fire source, waiting for help. In this situation, you must crouch down to escape the concentration of smoke, always closing the doors in order to slow the spread of the fire.
Emergency Procedure – Bad Weather
The school community must remain inside the premises, seeking spaces away from windows and under a sturdy object (desk, bench);
Close all doors and windows;
Do not give in to panic and remain calm.
