Our comprehensive guidance programme begins in Grade 10 with a detailed profile assessment. This helps International Pathway students choose their IB subjects and Portuguese Pathway students select their national secondary subjects, while also exploring future career paths. Having this early intervention ensures students build the right foundation for their university applications while discovering their interests and strengths. 

In Grades 11 and 12, students receive increasingly personalised support. Counsellors guide them in writing compelling personal statements and completing applications across multiple platforms, including UCAS (UK), Common App (USA), and a range of European systems. Counsellors oversee the entire process, ensuring all documents are submitted accurately and reflect each student’s unique strengths and aspirations.

Students have access to Unifrog, an innovative platform that enables them to research universities and courses worldwide, compare entry requirements, and track their applications.

Regular university fairs provide direct contact with admissions representatives, including our own annual fair, which attracts institutions from across the region. These events allow students to clarify requirements, explore academic options, and build valuable connections for the future.
